There are no body corporate levies, council rates, entry/exit fees or water charges payable by residents of River Glen Haven. There is, however, a weekly site fee, which covers the costs of the above as well as maintenance and repair for all River Glen Haven facilities.

Yes. Pets are welcome. To comply with Council rules, residents may keep a pet.
House cats and caged birds are allowed as are small dogs, (only one per house) which must be less than 8 kilograms in weight.

This is your home, of course they can stay. Family and friends are welcome to use any of the facilities as long as they are in your company. We recommend that you inform the management of their impending visit so that there is no concern that a ‘non-resident’ is wandering about.
